Emily handles production, while Pete takes care of deliveries and behind-the-scenes tasks.

With a degree in Business and a passion for baking from the Culinary Institute of America, Emily has honed her skills through experience in Philly, New York, and Napa, including working with a pastry chef at a Michelin Three-Star restaurant.
